You and I go back since you came back to the Bucks or since you came to the Bucks and you guys have been incredible to me over the years since you've been in a position in Milwaukee and really grateful of our friendship over the years and how the organization has welcomed me back to the organization. But that kind of thing. We're going to build it locally, regionally, nationally and then internationally. And there is no magic wand that kind of changes this in six months. If Im 25 and struggling to get up and down the court because I was out with my friends, and these guys who are running companies are showing up and playing ball, then I have no excuse. How did you put the stadium deal together? Peter Feigin: That's right. What you do is you submarine the entire process into yourself. In the face of unprecedented circumstances . And you do it, for us, kind of my job was to be that rock and support and think about if you told me that 50% of my time would be spent on making sure everybody is okay. Peter Feigin: And I think, even when we looked at ourselves we're completely diverse, but we weren't anywhere near where we should have been on the leadership side of being a diverse leadership.
